The Sunmi K2 terminal is available in the following variants:

• SUN285: basic catering version

• SUN286: catering version with GMS

• SUN287: basic retail version 
  24", 6+128 GB, WiFi, NFC, 80 mm, 2D skener Datalogic 3410, LAN, Android 13
  
• SUN288: retail version with GMS
  24", 6+128 GB, WiFi, NFC, 80 mm, 2D skener Datalogic 3410, LAN, GMS, Android 13

The main difference between the catering and retail versions is the different type of scanner. The only difference between the variants is the possible GMS support.

GMS, neboli Google Mobile Services

Some models of this terminal are certified by Google. You can recognize them by the abbreviation GMS in the specifications. These versions contain applications such as Google Play Store, Search, Gmail, Services, etc. These models are primarily intended for integration into enterprise systems, SoftPOS payment applications that require GMS certification, or for applications that use Google Services for sending notifications. For devices that do not have GMS support mentioned in the name, this support cannot be activated additionally. If you require the terminal to have GMS support, choose from the following options:

What is a SoftPOS application?

The SoftPOS app is an innovative solution that turns a smart device into a payment terminal. This app is ideal for merchants looking for a simple and efficient way to accept payments. The SoftPOS app supports a wide range of payment cards, including Maestro, Mastercard, VISA and VISA Electron, and some versions also accept electronic meal and benefit cards.

To use this service, you need a smart device with Android 5.x or later and NFC capability. The benefits of using the SoftPOS app include easy installation, low operating costs and the ability to accept payments anywhere, anytime. A contract for payment card acceptance is required before first use. Once the contract is signed, you can start using your smart device as a payment terminal.
